23 February at 11:00 in Ivano-Frankivsk rescuers received a message about the need to open the front door in one of apartments along the street with Renovated in Ivano-Frankivsk. Upon arrival to a call place’it turned out that the apartment is 68-the summer pensioner, the patient with diabetes mellitus. The man fell in the kitchen and couldn't own up. Rescue room by means of folding ladders and entrenching tools opened the kitchen window, the rescuer entered the apartment and opened the front door.
