"Due to changes in tax legislation of Ukraine, in particular, increase of specifications of deductions and tax rates, broadening the tax base, we were apprehensive about the formation of a profitable part - in fact, the projected budget had to perform revenues. But the performance for the January-February month of the current year shows positive developments. However, more confident to speak about it only at the end of the first quarter," said Nikolay Kopachevsky. Today, Vinnytsia oblast takes the regional budget by 11% and the budget by 13%.
