In Zhytomyr oblast the center for assistance to participants of ATO have already decided 2493 handling
the Center for assistance to participants of ATO at the Zhytomyr regional state administration was created first among similar Centers in Ukraine – March 12, 2015. The aim of its activity is to provide comprehensive assistance to participants ATO and members of their families on the principle of "single window". In the same office organized the work of all the professionals who can help soldiers and their families in resolving the issues. The center for assistance to participants of ATO promotes: * free treatment and prosthetics * provision of sanatorium-resort vouchers, * access to financial aid, * a loan for construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of dwelling houses and household buildings, * reimbursement from state and regional budgets on loans on the insulation housing, * the provision of land for building, gardening, etc. Daily in Center staffed by representatives of the office of information activities and communications with the public yeah, the Department of labor and social protection of population, Department of health, the Main Directorate of Derzeitiger in the Zhytomyr region. As 22.02.2016 Centre you were registered 2830 addresses of participants ATO and members of their families, of which fully resolved 2493, representing more than 80%. The remaining complaints were forwarded to structural subdivisions of regional state administration, territorial bodies and other Central bodies of Executive power according to their competence for further decision.
