In the Zhytomyr region told how the local community will receive grants for infrastructure development
To obtain in 2016 subventions from the state budget of the United territorial community must have a plan for socio-economic development – the document which the community had developed before. So special methodological recommendations from the Government to receive subsidies for communities in need. This was stated by First Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Vyacheslav Negoda. He recalled that article 10 of the Law "On voluntary consolidation of territorial communities" States: "the Government provides financial support to the voluntary Association of territorial communities by providing funds in the form of subventions to the formation of a corresponding infrastructure in accordance with the plan for socio-economic development". "This plan is familiar to communities document that they had developed annually. Therefore, special government methodology for its development is not necessary. The only thing we will suggest is the overall template for the submission of documents and necessary applications to facilitate their processing. This will speed up the process of allocating funds to communities," said Vyacheslav Negoda and assured that the Ministry does not intend to download the combined community unnecessary procedures and documents. "We need to simplify and speed up the process of getting communities the means by which they will be able already this year to significantly improve the quality of services to the population", – said the First Deputy Minister.
