In Vinnytsia region police,who received a bribe,taken into custody
At the request of the regional Prosecutor's office of Vinnitsa city court elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention with the definition of Deposit in the amount of 110 thousand UAH for inspector of one of departments of police of GU Ministry of emergencies in Vinnytsia region, who demanded and received on behalf of illegal benefit in the amount of 1500 UAH for not drawing up and the submission to the court, the Protocol on committing an administrative offense under article 130 of the Art, as well as to assist in returning the driver's license. The Prosecutor's office of area sent to court the petition for his removal from office. The actions of the police qualified under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official which holds responsible position). Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds. Optional: For the Commission of the offence penalized by deprivation of liberty for a period from n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
