On the basis Struska sanatorium secondary boarding school I-III of article 20 of February was held the district VII volleyball tournament for the Cup of the soldier-Afghan, a graduate of this school, the Days of Vladimir, who died in Afghanistan. The event was attended by Afghan soldiers, the soldiers of the ATO, Ukrainian Cossacks of the Ternopil branch of the Ukrainian Cossacks. Dmytro (Baida) Vyshnevetsky. The celebration began with a common prayer. The chaplains who came together with the Ukrainian Cossacks, and blessed all those present. This was followed by the presentation of government awards to a participant ATO, the employee of our school Csicu Anatolia. The celebration was attended by Chairman of the Ternopil regional Union of veterans of Afghanistan Sergey Forest and first Deputy Chairman Vasyl Kohut. In the tournament competed against 6 teams: Lasko school of i-III grade, Levchenko school of i-III grade, Terebovlia school # 2, specialized Terebovlia school # 3, school Struska them. S. Budny and our school. Very pleased that for the first time in the history of the competition won by our team. Second place went to the team Levchenko OOSH i-III and III – team Terebovlia school # 2. All teams, according to tradition, received the thanks of the institution's administration for participation in the tournament, attractions-fotouhi, and winners – diplomas, medals. Thanks and memorable fotomig also received all who assisted us in organizing this tournament. Ukrainian Cossacks presented the school with an icon of the virgin, a book of poetic works about the Maidan, about ATO, as well as the textbook of a soldier of the territorial defence issued by the Ukrainian Union of Afghanistan veterans (soldiers-internationalists). Personalized Cup, which was played at the tournament, as well as the goals provided soldiers-veterans of Afghanistan. Simultaneously with the competitions of the Ukrainian Cossacks conducted target practice with an air rifle. The students had the opportunity to wear a bulletproof vest, helmet, camouflage suits and more. After the announcement of results and awards ceremony, all those present savored the Cossack dishes, cooked by the Cossacks in the fire.
