Podvinogradov, Vinogradovsky district, to use on an equal basis with other citizens the full scope of constitutional rights and freedoms without discrimination by the state or others for any motive. It is about getting 250 free land in the neighborhood «sevliush", including special receipt 29 of land to participants ATO. As reported in the Berehovo local Prosecutor's office, in September last year Pdfimages village Council approved the "regulations on the procedure for granting land plots to citizens", which in content violates provisions laid down in the Constitution of Ukraine, namely article 24, according to which there can be no privileges or restrictions on grounds of race, colour, political, religious and other beliefs, sex, ethnic and social origin, property status, place of residence, language or other signs. Also, the decision of the village Council and is contrary to the provisions of the Land code of Ukraine, which determines the free allocation of land plots corresponding category of citizens.
