In January 299 Chernivtsi officials special inspection passed
"in the first month of this year on the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On purification of government" experts of STI in Chernivtsi was prepared 299 conclusions about the results, the so-called "lustration" checks", – said the head of sector of special inspections of STI in Chernivtsi Oksana Konopnicka. During serpieri analyzes available tax information regarding income received by the person in respect of which audit is conducted; compares the information specified in the Declaration property details from different sources, performs the analysis of conformity of cost of property to income derived from legitimate sources. If discrepancies are observed, the person against whom an inspection is carried out, provides a written explanation and supporting documents. These explanations must be taken into account when preparing the conclusions on verification. "During the special tests often have questions concerning the property, which was acquired during the stay in the civil service. To clarify the origins of this property (property rights) the sector of special inspections in January was discussed 132 the explanations of the persons in respect of whom the audit was performed",- said the expert. This year in January to the state tax Inspectorate in Chernivtsi received 70 requests for carrying out special checks of employees.
