(increase factor in the night time from 0.25 to 0.6), * compensation benefits for housing and communal services to the combatants – 4,1 mln.: * wages – 21.7 million UAH., in particular to education – 6.4 mln., including material assistance to the technical staff of educational institutions 3,6 million UAH health – 9.8 million UAH., culture – 0,6 million UAH authorities – 4.9 million UAH * other protected costs – UAH 7.3 million. In the allocation of funds include expenditures related to the implementation of local target programs in the sum of 5,5 million UAH.: * "Protection" – 4,1 million USD. * "Tourism" – 0,9 mln., * Publishing – 0.2 million UAH., * Popularization of the English language – 0.2 million UAH., * Program for teaching swimming – 0,1 million USD. Means,in particular, are requested to send to : * the implementation of Protocol decisions of session of city Council, e-petitions and appeals of citizens – UAH 19.2 million. * execution of requests of participants of ATO – 13.9 million UAH. * the purchase of equipment for utilities – 21,6 million UAH. * completion of moving objects – 39.3 million UAH.; * energy efficiency (lighting, boilers, water meters, swimming pool school 27) – 12.6 mln. * provision of financial assistance to the athletes – candidates for participation in the Olympic and Paralympic games – 0.2 million UAH.; * providing financial support of FC "Bukovyna" – 0.7 million UAH. * acquisition of computer equipment to ensure the quality of service provision by the Department of labor and social protection – 1,0 mln. ( 59 units of equipment) for the newly created departments of registration – 0,6 million UAH. In the distribution of the balance included funds for implementation of proposals of the participants of public hearings to discuss the city budget in the amount of UAH 31.6 million. In addition, reserved funds for the introduction budget participation (financing projects and initiatives of the members of the local community, defined on a competitive basis) that will be used after approval by the session of city Council the order of business for this new program, in the amount of 2.5 mn. UAH., and reserved 1 mn.UAH. on the financing of community organizations and 1.0 mn. for the development of sports. In the context of the objects is provided with : * Repair of roads – 12 mn. * Repair between residential driveways ( the selection was made taking into account the number of citizens) – 10.5 million UAH * capital repairs in kindergartens - 2.4 million UAH. * overhaul school canteens,roofs – 2.8 million USD. * engineering networks in the districts of Kolomyia and Lukyanovich -12,2 million UAH. * construction of water supply,Sewerage networks of the residential areas - 4 million UAH. * the purchase of machinery and equipment for municipal needs of the city – 3 million UAH. * the purchase of machinery Msceu – 6,1 million UAH. * the purchase of equipment for TD-80 – 1 million UAH * the purchase of equipment for Spetskomuntrans – 2.2 million USD * repair works of the networks and equipment of water utility -7,2 million UAH. * repair of networks and boiler-houses heating utilities - UAH 4.6 million. * the purchase of machinery and equipment Gorsvet - 2.5 million * construction of the cultural center of the neighborhood Bast – 2 million UAH. * construction of the cinema arts center I. mykolaichuka – 2 million UAH.
