In the Vinnitsa region in January 2016 there is no population debt for housing and utility services
According to Main Directorate of statistics in the Vinnitsa region in January 2016, the population paid for housing and communal services 187,7 million UAH (109.4% of the accrued for this period amounts). Among the cities and districts the highest average of the area the level of payment for housing and communal services was observed in Khmelnytskyi, Shargorod, Vinnytsia, Step-Tomashpil districts (30898,1–1629,2%), lowest in Nemirovsky, Murovani Kurylivtsi areas (25,3% and 52.1%, respectively). Average charges for utility services, taking into account electricity (based on 150 kWh), per the owner of the account in January 2016 was 816,42 UAH that in comparison with the corresponding period of the previous year, increased by 39.3%.
