In Vinnytsia region for receiving unlawful benefit by an official will respond in court
the Vinnytsia oblast Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings against the head of the Department of urban planning and architecture one of the district administrations of the region, (chief architect of the district), which is received from the entrepreneur improper benefit in the amount of 2,000 UAH for the issuance of a passport Pref’responsibilities for the implementation of entrepreneurial activity. The indictment submitted to the court by part 3 of article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine, i.e. obtaining official unlawful benefit for Commission of such officer in behalf of the third party of any actions with use of official position committed by a service person who holds a responsible position.
