the Main purpose of teaching English is communicative competence – the mastery of the language as means of intercultural communication, development of skills to use a foreign language as a tool in the dialogue of cultures and civilizations of the modern world. Knowledge of English is a criterion necessary for a successful career. It is considered that after a few years working for a prestigious job profiles of candidates without English knowledge will not even be considered. According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine 2016 will be the year of the English language. In Korosten in the Center socially-psychological rehabilitation of the population from 2012 operate free clubs for different age groups. In the framework of international programs and project, "Learn the language, learn the world" teach young children, "World without borders" adolescent "let's talk in English!" – adults. These projects are created to expand the horizons of the cultural realities of the British people and to improve communicative skills.
