Peregusna local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings against the sub’of management on the fact of taking someone else's property by abuse of official person of his official position (part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine) Found that two of the sub’objects of management for the period 2013-2014 submitted false information in the acts of acceptance of work performed, signed by officials of GP ’s Beregovo forestry". As a result inflated the cost of work performed in the construction of forest roads and the repair of the building Borzhava forestry S. Kidesh for a total of about 70 thousand UAH. The sanction of article provides punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for up to n'five years or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
