Dear fellow countrymen! After the Revolution of Dignity, the death of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, the annexation of Crimea and occupation of part of Ukraine's territory in the East have undergone profound changes, our country lives under new conditions, which are probably the most difficult for all history of independence. Despite external and internal challenges there was a global reset of power, the update of the local councils, with almost zero formed a new, battle-worthy Ukrainian Army, the reform of law enforcement agencies. Thanks to the unity and system to the aspiration of Ukraine to the world, the European political and economic standards of our country has unprecedented support of the entire civilized world. And the driving force behind all positive change in the country certainly have a civil society. Exactly Vinnytsia region and Vinnytsia always was, is and will be a model of openness, transparency, democratic processes and social innovation. the whole country is equal to our city and region, as an example of effective local governance reforms, ensuring a comfortable stay of citizens, the introduction of new approaches to the maximum simplification of doing business, attract investments and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests of Vinnytsia region. After the resonant events in Vinnitsa on 6 December 2014 Kyiv authorities were doing everything necessary to establish political and social stability in our region. Dialogue with all members of the public who are concerned for their country, who have the desire positive change. in the Vinnytsia region there are several public sites, on the basis of Public councils at the authorities, who began an effective collaboration with the Executive, representative authorities of the region and city. Such a constructive dialogue and establishing effective and efficient cooperation of the public and the authorities is based hard, daily, with finding legitimate compromise and the common development aspirations of our region. Such bilateral movement towards each other becomes the key to stability and understanding, but also demonstrates concrete results. The city Vinnytsia has repeatedly and rightly becomes the most comfortable city to live in Ukraine, Lugansk region for the second year in a row is at the higher stages of all-Ukrainian rating of development of regions. And this is our joint result. The result of statist policies of the President of Ukraine, the result of the cooperation of all local authorities and communities. At the same time, it should be noted that the recent events that happen in the city of Vinnytsia tolerant to extrinsic manifestations of aggression, of disrespect to the daily needs of residents safely and comfortably move around the city and region, causes not only anxiety, but also anxiety. Because certain appeals and actions close to the edge of extremist, can begin the process of destabilization in our region. the public and the government has no right to prevent the process of destruction of the mutual respect, dialogue and efficient cooperation. All I wybudowano years should not break down at the same time, and inflict reputational losses to the city and its residents of Vinnytsia region and throughout the country. The authority will continue to comply with and to enforce those demands of society that have been declared by the Ukrainian people during the revolution of Dignity. We will ensure the safety of our citizens and the smooth functioning of all services and structures that should work for the comfort of the community, including the National police, who must respond to any manifestations of extremism, violation of the rights of citizens, to prevent crime and ensure civil tranquility. We sincerely believe that any private interests, information occasions, mass protests, with negative repercussions for the region and getting in the way of unity, bilateral movement of society and power are not violations of the life of the city and region. For there is no other option but legitimate and constructive dialogue between civil society and representatives of all branches of government. Encourage all residents and visitors to the city continue to adhere to high standards of mutual respect, hospitality, tolerance and responsibility for the development and future of our region.
