by Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region completed pretrial investigation in respect of an organized group from among the leadership and other authorities of Vinnytsya institution of punishment execution ¹1, office of the State Department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments in the Vinnytsia region, which according to the developed pattern of criminal activity during 2014 – 2015, by abuse of official position, systematically worked illegal profits totaling more than 120 thousand UAH from persons convicted to life imprisonment, for providing the latest material goods and services. For the offences provided for in part 2 article 28, part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine malefactors are threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a period from n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
