Representatives of the world Bank study of the financial situation in Zhytomyr region.
In the Zhytomyr region on 14 March, was attended by representatives of the world Bank for the study of regional budget: Vlam Delinger, consultant to the world Bank, and Iryna Shcherbyna, specialist in public sector World Bank in Ukraine. Met with the guests first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Gennadiy Dmitrenko and the Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state ADMINISTRATION Anna Yemchenko. Vlam Dlonger a new person in Ukraine, so he is interested in how built the regional budget, its revenues and expenditures, missing funds from the state budget on health care, education and the like. Anna Yemchenko told the representatives of the Bank of subventions provided by the state, their distribution to local budgets, the financing of individual sectors especially from the regional budget.
