15 March, the Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Sergey Mashkovsky was held an extended meeting with the participation of heads of district state administrations, city mayors of cities of regional importance, chairmen of the joint territorial communities of the region, heads of structural subdivisions of regional state administration, territorial offices of Central Executive authorities and the commanders of military units. According to the agenda discussed issues of organization and financial support in the field of mentoring the Armed Forces of Ukraine; status of execution of local budgets of the region and measures for their fulfillment. Also a question was raised about the quality of school education in rural areas, optimization of costs of educational subsidies and provision of school buses high schools of the region. The meeting heard a report on the year the center for assistance to participants of ATO. Sergey Mashkovsky noted that the government must do everything to military units, which are located on the territory of Zhytomyr oblast and in other oblasts of Ukraine were better equipped. Therefore, the decree of the President of Ukraine approved the list of military units that that patronage of local state administrations and bodies of local self-government. "Under the patronage of the local state administration, bodies of local self-government should cooperate fully in providing military units with food, fuel and lubricants, maintenance supplies, solving social problems", - said the head of the field.
