In Vynnytsia oblast held a training for e-procurement (+photo)
With the aim of broader implementation in the field of electronic public procurement system, the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration together with the official site of state purchases "PublicBid", which is accredited in the system "ProZorro" - March 17, 2016 in the city of Vinnytsia conducted 2 free training seminar for employees of budgetary institutions,agencies and suppliers. The main objective of the event was to familiarize the participants with the news in the law, namely new Law of Ukraine "On public procurement", the features of the system of electronic auctions and their practical aspects. During the training participants had the opportunity to read the e-procurement system on the example of the work through the electronic platform "PublicBid" and in detail to get a professional clarification on the following issues: What is the system of electronic public procurement and electronic trading platform? - Creation procedure of procurement, clarification of tender requirements, submission of proposals. - How is e-auction? - Qualification of the bidders. The choice of the winning bidder. In the seminar participated the staff of district state administrations, which are responsible for the implementation of e-procurement in the districts, representatives of subordinate agencies and subordinate municipal enterprises, which are government customers, about 400 people.
