March 20 in Service of rescue 101 the message came that due to accidental disconnection of power supply without power supply there was a emergency hospital and oblast children's clinical hospital. At this point in resuscitation and surgical Department of the children clinical hospital under the ventilators were 9 children, so their life was in danger.
