In Vinnytsia region will judge the members of the organized group for the illegal manufacture of oil products
of the Vinnytsia oblast Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings against organised groups, whose members illegally mass-produced petroleum products. This fact was documented by employees of UMVD of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region. It is established that the members of the group, having experience in the sphere of turnover of oil products, for the purpose of obtaining uncontrollable profit government’combined for the illicit manufacture of petroleum products, through straight distillation of crude oil. Pursuant to the developed plan in the second half of 2013 they purchased, placed and set up the equipment for processing of oil with a capacity of about 50 tons per day, and in 2014-2015 on a regular basis carried out massive illegal production of petroleum products. Thus, the production lacked any quality control of manufactured products violated fire safety measures and labor protection, was not paid the excise tax. These illegal actions are stopped by police officers on 23.06.2015. During the investigation, arrests on installation of refinery, storage tanks, raw and 64 000 litres of oil products made of questionable quality. Action group members are qualified on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 3 of article 28, part 1 and part 2 of article 204 of the criminal code of Ukraine (illegal manufacture of excisable goods using equipment that provides mass production of such goods, committed by an organized group, and their storage with a sales objective).
