6th session of the Chernihiv city Council of the 7th convocation will take place on 31 March
in Accordance with paragraph 8 of part four of article 42 of the law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine", Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko issued a decree "On the convening of the sixth session of the Chernihiv city Council of the seventh convocation". The plenary session will begin on 31 March 2016 at 10 a.m. in the conference room of the municipal Council (M. Cherng, vul. Magistrate, 7). To the session are questions: 1. About Targeted social program of countering HIV/AIDS in the years 2016-2018 in the city of Chernihiv. 2. On amendments to the decision of city Council “About support of small and medium enterprises in Chernigiv for 2015-2016” of 26.12.2014 (46 session of the 5th convocation). 3. On the Program of support of participants of anti-terrorist operation and members of their families – inhabitants of Chernigov for 2016 – 2020. 4. About the Program of development of international relations of the city of Chernihiv and assist in attracting investment for 2016 - 2017. 5. On amendments to the decision of the city Council from 28.11.2014 year “On the Program of development of the tourism industry and international relations of the city of Chernihiv and facilitate the attraction of investments for 2015-2016”. 6. On amendments and additions to the Method of calculation and order of payment for the lease of property of municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernihiv (19th session of the 5th convocation), with modifications (27 session of the 5th convocation, 9 session 14 session 22 session, 32 session 45 session 6 convocation). 7. On reforming the print media KP “Edition of Chernihiv city newspaper “the Bulletin of Chernihiv”, Chernihiv city Council and the newspaper “Chernigov Vedomosti”, founded by the Chernihiv city Council. 17. About the Program of major repairs of elevators in residential buildings of the city of Chernihiv for 2016-2020. 18. About the restoration of children's playgrounds and sports fields for 2016 – 2017. 19. On amendments to the decision of city Council of January 28, 2016 No. 3/VII-4 “About the Program of financial support of the municipal enterprises of the city of Chernihiv for 2016”. 20.
