Prosecutors have made real punishment for the guy who dodged serving his sentence in the form of public works
Year and 5 days will stay behind bars for 33-year-old resident of Lutsk, who evaded serving the sentence in community service, thereby committing the criminal offense under part 2 of article 382 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Lutsk local Prosecutor's office supported the state prosecution in criminal proceedings towards this man. Back in February of last year by the decision of Lutsk gorrayonny court he was replaced by punishment in the form of fine imposed for earlier perfect theft, public works 82 hours. Despite the fact that the inspector of the Lutsk city Department criminally-Executive inspection of management of State penitentiary service of Ukraine in the Volyn region, having acquainted her husband with the conditions for working of public works, warned him about criminal responsibility for evasion from execution of court rulings, condemned never'was to serve his sentence at KP "the Lutsk zoo". Then against him was initiated criminal proceedings about evasion from serving public works. Guilt in crime, the man acknowledged and sincerely repented. Lutsk gorrayonny court he was sentenced to 1 years 5 days imprisonment.
