Continues training seminar for representatives of the press service of the SSES units of Ukraine
21 March at the Institute of public administration in the field of civil protection in the framework of the project “Support Ukraine in emergency management" of the German society for international cooperation GIZ has started a two-day seminar-training for representatives of the press services of the SES departments on the theme: “the Organisation of informing of the population on major issues of civil protection”. The speaker of the seminar business trainer and teacher Vladimir Degtyarev. On the first day of training, participants studied the current trends of social media, characteristics of effective communication with citizens and media representatives. In addition, representatives of the press service SSES had the opportunity to practice effective ways of informing the population on civil protection, the ways of responding to negativity and criticism. On 22 March, the participants continued the work, which will analyze the role of the media in shaping public opinion and the principles of working with journalists in the field of emergency events.
