In the Zhytomyr region told how the communities to plan the development of areas to obtain financial support
decentralization Reform in Ukraine continues to become a reality. For communities that already have merged, the state provides financial assistance for infrastructure development. In accordance with article 10 of the law of Ukraine "On voluntary consolidation of territorial communities" from 05.02.2015, No. 157-VIII the state provides financial support to the voluntary Association of territorial communities of villages, towns, cities through the provision of the United territorial community funds as subventions to the formation of a corresponding infrastructure in accordance with the plan for socio-economic development of territorial communities. In the provision of Advisory and methodological assistance of the United territorial communities the Ministry of regional development has developed a model plan and the list of indicators for assessing the socio-economic development of the United territorial community, which is recommended for use by those communities in the planning and monitoring of development of territories in 2016.
