Transcarpathia: on the volume of additional financial resources of local budgets of the region in 2016
the results of execution of the regional budget for 2015 the balance of the General Fund of local budgets amounted 533,9 million USD. of which funds educational, health subventions and subsidies for personnel training amounted to 156,6 million USD. unrestricted balances at beginning of year – 377,3 million. Part of this additional resource during January –February 2016 local budgets spent on expenses. So, free balance at the beginning of 2016 is distributed in the amount of 106.1 million UAH., of which 7.2 million UAH. – for wages accrued to employees of budgetary institutions, UAH 1.1 million. – on payment of municipal services and energy and 13.2 million UAH.- for medicines and food, for 59.9 mln. – capital expenditure and 24.7 million USD. – for other expenses. Fund balances educational and medical subventions allocated in the amount of 14.6 million USD. of which for payment of communal services and energy – 2,1 million UAH., for medicines and food products – 0.9 million USD., capital expenditure – 8.2 million UAH. and other expenses – UAH 3.4 million.
