Transcarpathian region: in Rakhiv district 33 fireworks destroyed ammunition during the Second world war,
March 22, in operative-rescue service of Transcarpathia received a letter from the Council stating that the security officers found an Arsenal of ammunition on the outskirts of the village of Yasinya in Rakhiv district. For the identification and destruction of explosive devices on the scene went specialists of group of pyrotechnic works abnormally-saving group of a special purpose. They withdrew from the land of 32 mortar bombs caliber 82 mm and one mortar mine in caliber of 50 mm – all ammunition during the Second world war. Because explosives cannot be transported, it was destroyed on the spot. The rescuers call Transcarpathians! In case of detection of suspicious metal objects, like explosive, do not touch them or attempt to defuse the explosive device. Instead, designate a place of discovery, notify the authorities, local government, the police or call the emergency number 101.
