On face Bershadsky local Prosecutor's office announced the suit in favour of Ukrtransinspektsii
Bershadsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region submitted claim in interests of the state represented by the Department of Ukrtransinspektion in the Vinnytsia region, up to physical person-entrepreneur on the collection of tolls roads in General use of heavy vehicle. In accordance with § 16 of the Uniform rules for repair and maintenance of roads, streets, railway crossings, rules of their use and protection, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, transportation of dangerous, oversized and heavy cargoes by motor transport on road about’objects permitted for a resolution in the order and for a fee that are defined in separate acts of legislation. The carrier voluntarily paid the penalty fare in the amount of 23 thousand UAH. For the purpose of protecting the interests of the state, local Prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in the administrative court.
