At the head of the region Valery Cow said during a working meeting with heads of structural subdivisions of regional state administration. Valery Cow, in particular, noted that now is in progress a set of activities to reanimate the centers of providing administrative services, which from the beginning of April rely fundamentally new features associated primarily with the register of rights to immovable property. To assess the situation regarding the organization of work Snapv in the region, an independent group of experts, has monitored the work of institutions in the context of the region. The appropriate report during the operational meeting was represented by the Deputy Director of Department of international cooperation and regional development yeah Hope Nasikovsky. Commenting on the results of the analysis, Mr Cow said: "We must understand that the situation in terms of governance at the local level is changing dramatically. The authorities must provide services and should be sent to the entire structure of the district state administrations, including regional public administration". During the meeting, the head of the Vinnytsia oblast also reported that the region has conducted tabletop exercises on territorial defense, which attracted all the districts of the region. The training will last for 10 days, with the participation of 460 mobilized reservists throughout the Vinnitsa region.
