Offices of economic development to the city's consumer market and entrepreneurship of the city Council are preparing a draft Executive order of the mayor "About the working group on the implementation of the pricing policy in the housing sector and on urban passenger transport" and "About the Commission on questions concerning the work of objects of trade, restaurant business and service industry". Reported that the composition of the working group and the Commission will include representatives of public associations. Reference: the working group on the implementation of the pricing policy in the housing sector and on urban passenger transport is a standing Advisory body established to assist in the activities of the Executive Committee of the Chernihiv city Council related to the implementation of pricing policy in accordance with the powers of Executive bodies of city Council. The main objectives of the Working group are: - preparation of proposals to the Executive Committee of the city Council, the mayor for the establishment and application of prices and tariffs; - to contribute to the prevention of violations of consumer rights during the establishment and application of prices and tariffs. The Commission on consideration of questions concerning the work of objects of trade, restaurant economy and the service sphere is a deliberative-consultative body of the Executive Committee of the city Council, which is formed to ensure the implementation powers in the field of trade, restaurant economy and providing services to the public.
