The volume of commissioned housing region ranks sixth in Ukraine
In 2015 in the area was commissioned 479 670 square meters of total area of housing, which is 200,7 % compared to 2014. In the structure commissioned in 2015 housing 290 thousand square meters, or 60.5 % are individual houses. In rural areas built 179,7 thousand sq meters of housing or 37.5 % of the total. On 30 March the Director of Department for architecture, construction, housing and communal services and energy saving regional state administration Volodymyr Kharchenko during the meeting of the Board of the regional state administration. "Of the total volume of commissioned housing newly constructed housing is 269,2 thousand square meters, and the rest is housing built in previous years, which was put into operation under the so-called building Amnesty. The pace of newly built houses, to the previous year is 112,7%. Thus, in the field provided growth of construction of new housing (12.7%) and the commissioning of individual houses, construction of which was carried out without the permission on performance of construction works in previous years", - stated Vladimir Kharchenko. In 2015, as expected, most of the commissioned housing in the city of Ternopil to 191.8 thousand square meters – 40 % of the total and in the Ternopol area of 135.7 thousand square meters was 28.3 %, which is two-thirds of the total. Significant volumes of new housing recorded in Berezhany is 13.8 thousand square meters, Bocacom - 16.5 thousand square meters, Husyatyn - 11.3 thousand square meters, Zbarazh - 15.6 thousand square meters, Kosivska - 14.5 thousand square meters and Kremenets - 21.4 thousand square meters areas. The lowest rates are in Podgaetskii and Monastic areas. Based on per capita, the number of built housing in the area has always been one of the highest in the state. So, under a specific amount of people in the region in recent years at the level of 2.36 per cent specific volume of the housing in the area is 2.6-3.1% of national, and in 2015 this figure first rose to 4.3 %.
