public Prosecutor's office In the Volyn region with the participation of the prosecutors of local Prosecutor's offices, representatives of economic courts of appeal region and Volyn district administrative court hosted a seminar on the theme of "exercising the Executive activities of the procuracy during the period of the new law of Ukraine "About Prosecutor's office". Opening the seminar, head of Department of representation, protection of interests of citizens and state in court of Prosecutor's office of area Yury Lutsik noted that despite substantial legislative changes regarding the implementation of the authority in the exercise representation of interests of citizen or state in court, reducing the number of employees in local prosecution offices, significant the burden on them, it is necessary to ensure efficiency of activity of Executive bodies of the Procurator for the protection of the interests of the state and the citizen in court proceedings. During the seminar its participants discussed the peculiarities of representation of bodies of Prosecutor's office of interests of citizens and state in court in modern conditions, problem issues in the implementation of Executive powers in the sphere of land relations, especially the organization of representative activity of the Prosecutor in the enforcement of judicial decisions. A lively discussion was caused by the use by prosecutors of the legal positions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and judicial practice of the high specialized courts in the exercise of Executive activity. Those present at the seminar told the judge about the issues that arise in the course of consideration of cases on the merits. Note that to restore the interests of the state prosecutors in Volyn region this year, before the’revealed 37 claims totaling 2.99 million USD. 13 vessels already satisfied such claims in the amount of UAH 695 thousand.
