Zhytomyr region: revenue in the regional budget in 2015 increased to 2.5 bn.
Receipts in the regional budget in 2015 increased to 2,5 billion UAH. This was announced by Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Sergey Mashkovsky at the fourth session of the regional Council. "During the reporting year, revenues in the General Fund budget of the region amounted to more than 2 billion 413,7 million UAH., that is more by 30% than in 2014", - said Sergey Mashkovsky. Income increased due to the implementation of the first phase of fiscal decentralization and increasing sources of revenue base of local budgets. The main part of the actual Nachod is the tax to incomes of physical persons, the uniform tax, payment for land, excise tax, rental fee for the use of natural resources (forest, water, minerals). The overfulfillment of the revenue side has enabled us to increase spending compared to the year 2014 for the maintenance of the education sector 16%, health – 22%, social protection and social security of the population – 37%, culture and arts - 10%, physical culture and sport by 22%. Generalizing the result has been a stable functioning of the budgetary sphere.
