Held a meeting of the Commission regarding recovery of arrears of payment for the consumed utilities, energy, chaired by first Deputy mayor Taras Yakovlev. KP “Lutskvodokanal” 452 filed claims worth 1880,6 thousand UAH is considered 400, in the amount of 1620,6 thousand UAH, which is 86% of the filed amount. SCE “Locktable” 985 filed claims worth 7160,2 thousand UAH is considered 802, in the amount of 5328,8 thousand UAH, which is 74 % of the filed amount. It should be noted that before the case was settled 192,1 thousand UAH of debt. Last year was filed to recover 2289 Executive documents for the sum of 7318,3 thousand UAH. This shows that the company took measures to owners-tenants to repay the debt for housing and communal services. In addition, lists of owners, tenants whose debt for housing and communal services as of January 1, 2016 was more than 10 thousand UAH were published in the newspaper “Lutsk castle”. However, despite the suppliers claims and explanatory work, debts of the population for housing and communal services in 2015 rose 12657, 9 thousand UAH. The members of the Commission thoroughly reviewed the lists of the largest debtors for the consumed energy and utility services and made suggestions that will help to develop mechanisms of fight against debtors, the possibility of disconnecting debtors from water supply, heat supply, up to the exclusion of apartments. For this, a working group of employees from utilities, SCE “Locktable”, KP “Lutskvodokanal” and the police who go through all the apartments of debtors with the purpose of studying financial status of citizens and the technical possibility to switch off the apartments from the centralized water and heat supply.
