Zhytomyr liquidators of the Chernobyl NPP was awarded the honorary signs
Recently, on 31 March 2016, in Kiev was held the solemn awarding of national honor "For civil feat" of the liquidators at Chernobyl, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of this tragic event. The representatives of the SE "Ukrainian House" and all-Ukrainian Association of citizens "Country" awarded by the representatives of Ukraine. Awarded and representatives of Zhytomyr region: * GORSHKALEV Sergey Efimovich, the former Deputy head of Department - the chief of Department on civil protection and the service of the Zhytomyr municipal government of head Department Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region, the Colonel of service of civil protection in retirement. * MOSTOWICZ Valerii, a former guard commander of the 3rd military fire part, m. Zhitomir, the office of the state fire protection of UMVD of Ukraine in the Zhytomyr region, major of internal service in resignation. * TOWIANSKI Oleg Yaroslavovych - a former Deputy head for work with a personal squad technical services management of public fire protection of UMVD of Ukraine in the Zhytomyr region, Colonel of internal service in resignation. * STOZHOK Nikolay Mikhailovich – Colonel, chief of civil defense headquarters of Zhytomyr oblast and Zhytomyr in the period from 25.02.1982 on 17.03.1992. * BYCHKOVSKY Boris Ivanovich was a former Deputy head of Department on emergency situations of the regional state administration in the period from 1997 to 2001, Colonel of medical service. * TARGONSKI Mikhail Afanasyevich –Colonel of militia in resignation, at the time of the accident held the post of Deputy head of Ovruch district Department. * KULIKOVSKY Oleg Dmitrievich - at the time of the accident was an assistant duty officer of PI OCD.
