Volyn region: rescuers continue to conduct preventive work with the population regarding fire safety rules
April 4, Gorokhovsky employees of the district Department DSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region and scattered the personnel of State fire and rescue parts ¹ 9 of the city Gorokhov, together with representatives of local governments and social workers have carried out preventive working off of the private housing sector. Special attention during testing was given to the elderly, the disabled, families with many children. It checked the condition of appliances and grid, pointed to the fire-safety deficiencies, roses’explained under the signature of the basic rules of safe behavior at home and handed out brochures and pam’tents. Also during the rose’outreach rescuers drew the attention of the citizens against burning of dry vegetation that creates a fire hazard in open areas. It should be noted that such preventive operation organized in the entire district, but most attention goes to the villages, where most of the fires or the deaths of people on them. The measures are intended to draw the attention of the population to take more responsibility for fire safety requirements, which in turn will help to reduce the number of fires and tragic accidents.
