a Pretrial investigation it is established that this amount a senior inspector of customs received for the granting of permission to export from the territory of Ukraine to Hungary 30 blocks of cigarettes. After committing the specified offense the customs officer was exposed at the crime scene by prosecutors of Transcarpathian region together with employees of USBU in area. Now, the accused with the sanction of part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining undue advantage) threatens from 5 till 10 years of imprisonment.
