Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office to provide real execution of the court decision on the return to the territorial community the land area of 1.43 hectares worth 2.1 million UAH. So, the decision of the Lviv appellate commercial court satisfied the claim of Prosecutor about a recognition void the decision of the village Council about the withdrawal and allocation of land for non-agricultural needs of society. Invalidated a contract of lease of land plot concluded between the rural Council and LLC. Society has an obligation to return the land in the reserve lands of the village Council. The basis for the application by the Prosecutor of the claim was the illegal change of purpose of land from agricultural to commercial purpose. The court decision is executed forcibly, the lease terminated, land returned to the reserve lands of the village Council.
