Ternopil: for 98.9 % of the consumers paid for electricity consumed
During January-March 2016 the consumers paid for the used electric energy (according to the operative data) for 98.9 %. In particular, industry – 97,6 %, agricultural consumers – 98,3 %; enterprises of housing and communal services sector – 108,3 % (including the water utilities of 119.8 %); budgetary establishments and organizations, financed from the local budget, paid off - 95.8 %; state budget – 91,6 %; population – 99,1 %; The calculation for benefits amounted to 80.5 %, on subsidies – 92,6 %. OJSC "Ternopiloblenergo" was calculated prior to SE Energorynok on the purchases made in January-March 2016 electric energy to 98.8 per cent. The total debt of consumers for the used electric energy for OJSC "Ternopiloblenergo" as of 01 April 2016 (with account of debts of previous years) is 39.8 mln UAH, including: the population of 23.1 million owed UAH; the enterprises of housing and communal services sector – 3.1 million hryvnia ( including the water utilities – 3 million UAH); budgetary institutions and organizations financed from the local budget owed 1.3 million hryvnia, state – 1 million hryvnias. The outstanding benefits is 1.5 million UAH; on subsidies to 2.8 million. Background: the Demand for electrical energy – 1490 million kWh, including including budgetary institutions and organizations – 79 million kWh. In January-March 2016 the consumers used 440,2 million kWh, including budgetary institutions and organizations - 24.6 million kWh.
