In Lutsk held a thematic seminar on the sale of beer
08 April 2016 in Department of AHPC on the initiative of the office of business development and advertising of the city Council and with the assistance of the information management control over the circulation of excisable goods Volyn DFS took place the seminar "Requirements of current legislation on sales of beer (including on tap)". The actuality of this theme is dictated by changes in the legislation governing the sale of excisable goods (including trading beer on tap), and on the eve of the launch of the entrepreneurs activities, seasonal trade a cold drink in designated areas. At the same time, the importance of addressing the issues on the agenda of the seminar lies in the plane of the filling of the local budget from the excise tax on the sale of beer. For the purpose of providing necessary clarifications to participate in the seminar were invited all the entities that implemented the beer, producers, members of public organizations, deputies of city Council and the media. In the process, the seminar provides answers to all questions relative to the mode of obtaining licenses, accounting and reporting of the implementation of excisable goods, as well as the necessity of training requests from business entities of the city to the Finance Ministry and the SFS of Ukraine concerning revision of application of normative documents, which regulates the introduction of the statements 1-RA 1-RT.
