In Khmelnytsky oblast rescuers organized an excursion for pupils of 5-6 classes
During raising and preventive work that the rescuers regularly hold with the younger generation, not in the last place of the tour at fire and rescue parts where children are always welcome. So, on 7 April on a visit to the firefighters came to the pupils of 5th and 6th grades Krasyliv school of I-III stages No. 4. The friendly hosts showed the kids the fire trucks, told about their capabilities. Students willingly got acquainted with the rescue equipment and asked many questions concerning the work on fires and other emergencies. So they learned that the profession of a firefighter requires personal courage, good physical and psychological preparation, because the lifeguard is there to protect the health and lives of people, and should overcome any trouble. At the same time the tourists explained how to behave in order to prevent fires at home and in nature, showed how to use a fire extinguisher. After the theoretical part the students were shown how the fire fighting equipment in real conditions, and were allowed to try on rescue gear and sit behind the wheel of a car fire. Also fighters demonstrated how to use rope rescue to conduct rescue. At the end of the meeting the inspectors presented the children and teachers of a campaign memo. Many of them will take their place on the stands in the school premises. Door fire brigade in the future will be wide open for students. In a relaxed atmosphere children can quickly learn how to respond to danger and be able to defend themselves.
