First of all, Stanislav gorodinski focused on issues of strengthening the material-technical base of cultural institutions in 2015 . To improve the quality of educational services in the field of culture in 2015 was created methodical study of the organizational and methodical management of initial specialized artistic educational establishments. Increased number of students of art schools. Created 73 new musical children's groups of different forms. Stanislav gorodinski also stopped implementation last year of the international and all-Ukrainian cultural and artistic events, which popularize Ukrainian culture in the world. (slide 6). According to him, the control is provided by more than 950 students in art schools in 42 88 international and all-Ukrainian competitions. With the aim of supporting talented children and creative young people in 2015 implemented the following projects: • All-Ukrainian contest “Young leader”. • Regional student scientific and practical conference “Musicological Studio skirts”. • Regional competition of young performers “zhmerinsky the fork”. • Regional competition of students of art schools “Podolski spring – 2015”, etc (slide 11). Support talented children of privileged categories , according to the law of Ukraine "On extracurricular education", in Vinnytsia 1161, the child acquires the art education for free that 145 children compared with 2014. 310 students have preferential payment in the amount of 50 per cent. In the framework of computerization of library institutions of the region , last year equipped with computers 315 libraries, which is 38 more than in 2014. Connected to the Internet 238 libraries, or 33 more compared with 2014. In 2015, the project launched the grant programme "Support to regional development policy in Ukraine", which includes the restoration work of the monument of architecture of XVIII century. Palace Grokholsky-Mozhaisk (Voronovitsky Museum of the history of aviation and cosmonautics. A. Mozhaysky). The project is funded by the European Union for a total sum over 300 thousand Euro. For 2016 planned reconstruction of Museum of M. D.
