the results of execution of the regional budget for 2015 the balance of the General Fund of local budgets amounted 533,9 million USD. of which funds educational, health subventions and subsidies for personnel training amounted to 156,6 million USD. unrestricted balances at beginning of year – 377,3 million. During January – March 2016 with the additional resource of local budgets spent on expenses 336,1 mln hryvnia. The free balance at the beginning of 2016 is distributed in the amount of at 228.9 million UAH., of which 16.6 million UAH. – for wages accrued to employees of budgetary institutions, 2.6 million UAH. – on payment of municipal services and energy and 18,4 million UAH for medicines and food, 122,1 mln. – on capital expenditures and 69,2 million UAH. – for other expenses. Fund balances educational and medical subsidies according to Finogenov of the region is allocated in the amount of 107.2 million UAH., of which for payment of communal services and energy – 2.3 million UAH., for medicines and food – 42.8 million UAH., capital expenditure of 47.3 million USD. and other expenses – UAH 14.8 million.
