In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office takes measures for return to the community 34 hectares of land
Kalinsky local Prosecutor's office for the purpose of establishing grounds for action representative character, the study of compliance with the requirements of the land legislation on the legality of allocation of land plots for conducting personal peasant farms on the territory of Khmelnitsky region. During the inspection it is established that officials of the Khmelnytsky regional state administration, abusing official position, forging official documents, illegally transferred to private ownership land plots of 34 hectares (improved pasture) for subsidiary farming in the territory of Bereznyansky of the village Council, than caused damage to the interests of the state in the amount of 680 000 USD. As noted by the head of the local Prosecutor's office Kalinovsky Dmitry Cube, on the specified fact in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information about criminal offenses under part 2 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine and part 2 of article 364 UK of Ukraine (office forgery which has entailed heavy consequences and an abuse of power or official position, entailed heavy consequences).
