On the claim of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the interests of the state collected more than 55 million UAH.
The decision of the economic court of Vinnytsia region satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of area in the interests of the state represented by the State road Agency of Ukraine to one of the Kiev companies on debt recovery under the contract in excess of 55 million. Thanks to the principled position of the Prosecutor's office these funds and caused losses, the entity should compensate in respect of debt under the contract with the Agency and construction firm.
