a plot of Land worth about 400 thousand UAH will be returned to the state The ruling of the Lvov appellate economic court cancelled the decision of Economic court of first instance and invalidated the lease and liabilities’linked the defendant to return the land plot of 0.4 hectares in the state, costing nearly 400 thousand UAH. As reported in Khust local Prosecutor's office found that in 2010 Rashkow RGA was leased land area of 0.4 ha. this was Done in gross violation of land legislation, because the process of transfer of that land was to be held through the auction, which was not carried out. Therefore, the Prosecutor's office proved in court that the lease of this land plot violated the requirements of part 2, article 124, part 1,part 2, article 134 of the Land code of Ukraine. The Prosecutor's office takes measures for the real execution of the decision.
