Chernivtsi: city Budget at the expense of land rent and land rent in the first quarter increased by 30,246 million USD.
According to the Department of urban complex and land relations of Chernivtsi city Council, in the first three months of this year, the rental Department of land management of land resources of the Department and the Department of payment control and analysis of implementation of land lease agreements prepared 186 draft land lease agreements, 1 the draft Treaty establishing land servitude, 270 projects of additional agreements to land lease agreements and 3 projects of additional agreements to contracts, the establishment of land servitudes in respect of their resumption, 20 projects of additional agreements on amendments to the land lease agreements in terms of the amount of rent for the land. As of 01.04.2016 G. receipt of fees for land in the city budget amounted to $ 30,246 million USD. including the land lease 18,492 million UAH. During the three months of 2016 included in base 30 of obligations on the conclusion customers construction contracts about mutual participation in infrastructure development of the city. Pursuant to the concluded contracts in the first quarter of 2016 raised 1 827,3 thousand UAH.
