Taras Yakovlev added that the debtors will apply strict measures, in particular, restrictions of water supply and Sewerage, heat supply. In addition, malicious defaulters for utilities that are owed over 10 thousand UAH, will arrest the apartment and vistaultimate them up for auction. He reported that the Executive office has successfully conducted the first auction and the apartment was sold. After all legal issues, citizens from the apartments will be evicted. Taras Yakovlev said that the city authorities do not want to resort to such methods, but if people won't pay for a service, will be forced to sell the apartment.
