On one of the most pressing and debated topics in society is the decentralisation reform. The word "decentralization" more than once a day to hear from screens of TVs, radios and mouths of ordinary citizens. The reform is aimed at providing the population with quality services that will be available in the local community are able to register businesses and property, get help, license, permit, passport, to apply for a subsidy, social assistance, etc. it does not need to travel to the district center. 3. The United community receives into YOUR budget (rather than gives somewhere above) 60 % of the tax to incomes of physical persons, an excise tax, the funds for the lease of land and a lot of other income. You can direct them to quality education, healthcare, culture, sports and overall to make life comfortable for its citizens. 4. the state promotes the consolidation and provides a new unified territorial community additional financial resources for the development of infrastructure such as roads, lighting, water supply, drainage and the like. Due to this, residents will see the positive results of decentralization in the near future. 5. By decision of the community and availability of resources will increase the quality of education (new equipment and furniture to schools and kindergartens, sports halls, swimming pools), medicine (primary medicine and its ambulance), at the appropriate level will operate culture and sport will be resting places.
