In the Chernihiv oblast Philharmonic center of festivals and concert programs took place on April 22 celebrations on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the establishment of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine. With the professional holiday of the officers of the law and order of the regional center were congratulated by the head of Chernihiv regional state administration Valeriy Kulich, the Chairman of regional Council Igor Vdovenko, first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Leonid sakhnevich, Deputy mayor, managing the Affairs of the Executive Committee Sergey Fesenko, his Eminence the Metropolitan of Chernigov and Novgorod-Seversky Ambrose. The event was held with the participation of the cadets of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine, representatives of public and private institutions. Addressing the audience, Deputy mayor, managing the Affairs of the Executive Committee Sergey Fesenko noted that the Academy penitentiary service of Ukraine trains specialists methodically and legally competent, and armed with knowledge about useful foreign experience. "This is a guarantee that all places of detention of persons who have dissented from the law will always be guaranteed the rule of law and tranquility, but also the adoption of European norms and standards, protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen," said Mr. Fesenko. Kind words and sincere congratulations on the occasion of his own colleagues were said by the head of Department of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine in the field Valeria Pskov and rector of the Academy of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine Alexey Tolochinskoe. The real reward for high professionalism and conscientious labor of the penitentiaries of the region a large number of state awards, honorary certificates and awards, which was presented by the leaders of the region and the city this festive day.
