In the Vinnytsia region if you have changed the name of the street
As in Ukraine the requirements of the law of Ukraine from 9.04 2015 No. 317 in terms of changes of street names (names of enterprises), the taxpayers raised a number of issues. Therefore, the SFS of Ukraine has provided tax advice regarding the actions of the entity which performs trade of alcohol and tobacco products ( letter from G. N 06.04.2016 7654/6/99-99-11-02-02-15). As noted in the letter, the business entities that were created before the enactment of the Act, in case of violation of its requirements shall, within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law, to bring their constituent documents, the name and/or symbols in accordance with the requirements of the Law. In the event of a change of the information specified in the issued to a business entity license (except for changes associated with the reorganization of a business entity), the authority which issued the license based on the application of a business entity within three working days, issue to a business entity license issued on the new form with the changes. Thus, if the fulfillment of the Law by the Executive authorities or local self-government adopted the decision on renaming a street or other place names (geographical names), thus changing the address of the management unit, the owner of the respective premises shall bring their constituent documents, documents on business entity and other documents in accordance with the Law. After making changes to the document on the right of ownership or another document entitling them to the location of the business unit, needs to be conducted re-registration of cash registers.
